Feeling tired, stressed, or out of control of your body as you navigate the menopause journey?

You’re not alone - many women experience the same shifts in energy, mood, & focus at this stage of life.

But there are things you can do to not only make your experience smoother & less overwhelming but also to live longer better!

FAQs

Who is this toolkit for?

This is designed for women in midlife navigating perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause. It’s for you if you want to feel more energised, stronger, and more in control of your health.

How much time will it take?

Each guide is short and practical — 5–10 minutes to read, with simple habits you can put into action straight away. You choose how much or how little to try.

Do I need to be fit/healthy already?

Not at all. These tips are for everyone, whether you’re starting from scratch or already have some healthy habits in place. There are “gentle start” and “stretch” options to choose from. However always consult with your GP or health care professional before you make any changes to diet or exercise that you think might impact other treatments or conditions.

Will this replace medical advice?

No. The toolkit is about lifestyle changes that support your health, but it doesn’t replace advice from your GP or specialist. Think of it as a complement to your healthcare, not a substitute. Please consult your GP or specialist if you are considering making any changes which you feel they should be aware of.

What if I’m already doing some of these things?

That’s brilliant! The toolkit can help you build on what’s working, add new ideas, or simply remind you that you’re on the right track.

How do I get the toolkit

Just pop your email address into the above form and you’ll receive one guide each week for 4 weeks — along with any available bonus resources to help you put it all into practice.

What happens after the 4 weeks?

You’ll keep the full set of guides forever, and I’ll stay in touch with extra tips and support for your midlife health journey. You can unsubscribe at any time.
